By clicking on the “Acceptance” button in the email, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed with the Reward Terms. Such acceptance is required for each registered user of the App in order to become eligible to participate in the Reward Program and to collect Reward Points (each a Participating User). You may terminate your participation in the Reward Program at any time with immediate effect via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Fairo may terminate your participation without any reason subject to a notice period of three months.
Fairo in its sole discretion can award a certain number of points (the Reward Points or FaiRons) as reward for certain actions of Participating Users within the App (each a Rewarded Action). The respective terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations applying to the granting of the Reward Points may be updated, modified, suspended, or canceled at any time without prior notice. The applicable regulations in place including an updated list of the allocation of Reward Points to Rewarded Actions and the Reward Benefits can be found on the Fairo Webpage under www.fairo.ro/en/fairo.club.
Any Reward Points earned by you, will be credited to your user account within three working days after completion of a Rewarded Action and be indicated there. In case of any charge back, cancellation, challenge, dispute, or other request for refund in connection with a Rewarded Action for which Reward Points have already been credited to the User account, Fairo may reduce the balance of Reward Points by the amount of Reward Points having been granted for such Rewarded Action. If the balance of Reward Points in the user account is less than the amount received for such Rewarded Action, an offset against future Reward Points may be done by Fairo. Any complaints against the allocation or deletion of points have to be done within a period of ten days via email to email@example.com.
The granting of Reward Points to a Participating User does not create any respective enforceable obligation against Fairo.
Each Participating User may redeem her/his Reward Points solely at the Provider in exchange for the benefits (Reward Benefit) as shown in the list on the Fairo Webpage under www.fairo.ro/en/fairo-club in accordance with such allocation scheme. Reward Points do not have any cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged into any currency, goods or services other than as described in the list as provided on the Fairo Webpage under www.fairo.ro/en/fairo-club at the date of the redemption.
Fairo may change the Reward Program, Reward Points, Reward Benefits and/or any other parts of the Reward Program at its sole discretion at any time, for any reason and without notice. Fairo may make changes that affect, without limitation, processes, Reward Benefits and redemption of Reward Points, rules for the redemption of Reward Points, availability of Reward Points, Reward Benefits, and participation in the Reward Program and Reward Benefits. All Rewards Benefits are subject to availability.
Fairo may terminate the Rewards Program with three months advance notice to all Participating Users. At Fairo’s sole discretion, Fairo may choose to substitute a similar rewards program at any time immediately upon notice to all Participants.
A User may not accumulate or redeem Reward Points or any other benefits after the termination of the Reward Program. If the Reward Program is terminated, upon termination, all unredeemed Reward Points will be forfeited without any obligation or liability, and any redemption of Reward Points claims will no longer be accepted. Fairo may terminate the Reward Program in whole or in part on less than three months advance notice if required to do so by applicable law, as determined by Fairo in its sole discretion.
By redeeming Reward Points for Reward Benefits, each user acknowledges that he or she is responsible for determining whether he or she is eligible to receive the Reward Benefit under applicable laws, gift policies, and incentive policies.
Fairo may at its sole discretion disqualify any Participating User from the Reward Program and delete any User’s earned Reward Points with immediate effect without prior notice in case of any suspected fraud, other breach of laws, abuse or material violation of the Reward Terms by a User.
The user may not assign and/ or transfer this Agreement or the rights or obligations thereunder (including in particular but not limited to User accounts, Reward Points and/or Reward Benefits). Different User accounts and/ or Reward Points by more than one User cannot be combined, joint accounts are not permitted. Each User may only have one user account.
The Provider may assign this Agreement or its rights or obligations resulting from it without the need for an additional consent from the User.
The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Austria. All disputes shall be referred to the courts having a jurisdiction based on the registered address of the Provider.

FAIRO GmbH, Am Stadtpark 9, 1030 Vienna, registered with the Commercial Court Vienna (Handelsgericht Wien) under FN 552682v, (hereinafter “FAIRO”), hereby undertakes to grant a bonus of 150 RON (hereinafter “Invitation Bonus”) to each customer who fulfills the conditions as detailed below, in particular who invites a new customer registering in the FAIRO Application - starting with 31.7.2022 for the first time (each hereinafter “Invited Customer”).
FAIRO further undertakes to grant a bonus of 150 RON (hereinafter “Invited Customer Bonus”) to any Invited Customer who registers in the FAIRO Application for the first time starting with 31.7.2022 and who fulfills the conditions as detailed below.
Each bonus of 150 RON as described above shall be disbursed to the bank account specified by the respective customer within 14 calendar days from the end of the calendar month in which the fulfillment of the above conditions took place. The Invitation Bonus will be granted to each customer for each Invited Customer that registers in the App for the first time and is upgrading to yearly paid subscription within three days from the registration in Fairo (RUN package). The Invitation Bonus payments can only be made to IBANs belonging to the business entity who is inviting or is being invited respectively. For the avoidance of doubt, the Invitation Bonus will only be granted once for each Invited Customer and each person will be eligible to the Invited Customer Bonus only once. Fairo is not responsible for the correctness of the information provided in the app by the user, especially for the provided IBANs. Fairo reserves the right to decline payments according to its internal compliance procedures.
This event shall be governed by the laws of Austria excluding its conflict of law provisions and any dispute arising in connection with this event shall be decided by the courts competent for the first district (Innere Stadt) of Vienna, Austria.
FAIRO will process the personal data of its customers under article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the General data protection regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “GDPR”) for the purpose of realization of its legitimate interest in the support the awareness of its brand and in the support of the sale of its services and furthermore for the purpose of establishing, enforcement and defense of legal claims and defense against legal claims.

Rights of data subjects: the data subject shall in particular have the right to request from the controller access to personal data relating to the data subject, the right to rectify or delete them or to restrict processing, and to object to the processing as well as the right to data portability. The data subject also has the right to file a complaint with the competent local supervisory authority and to address to the competent courts of law. The provision of personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement or a requirement to conclude a contract. The provision of personal data is voluntary. If the data subject does not provide her/his personal data, she/he will not be able to receive the Bonus in this event.
Personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
